2. What personal data do we collect?
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:

4. How long do we keep your data?
- Contact queries: for the time needed to assist you and, afterwards, up to 1 year unless you start a contractual relationship.
- Clients: during the contractual relationship and, after it ends, for the applicable legal periods (e.g., tax and commercial, up to 6 years).
- Applications: up to 1 year to consider you for future processes; afterwards they are deleted unless you renew your consent.
- Browsing/cookie data: according to the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
When no longer necessary, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Applications and CV
If you send us your CV via the Work with us page form or by email:
- We will use your data exclusively to manage recruitment processes.
- We may keep it in our talent database for the period indicated above to notify you of vacancies matching your profile.
- We will not share it with third parties outside the process or use it for other purposes.
- You can request at any time that we delete your application by writing to info@baoss.es.
6. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data. Only the following may access it:
- Service providers (data processors) such as web hosting, email, analytics or management tools, under a confidentiality and data processing agreement.
- Public authorities and bodies when required by law.
International transfers: some providers (e.g., Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
